“We booked two nights in a double inside room in July. Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely and helpful staff. When we arrived to our room we were surprised by how tiny it was. We didnt expect to have a nice wiew but neither to have a dirty window. It felt like being in a cruise ship cabin. Everything in the room was dated apart from the shower that was new and functional. It was so hot in the room that my kids had trouble sleeping, no ventilation in the room. Wi-fi was awful, i was forced to...
