“There is a mandatory resortfee including 20 dollar food etc from the small cafe in the lobby a day! Strange way of keeping a twenty minute que there at al time… In the resort fee internet is also included, very strange. Every heap hotel offers internet, in this case we didn’t even get it to work…”

“First of: Staff at front desk have a real bad attitude. She could have said “we don’t care” instead of that poor attitude To start of, the breakfast. To hand out vouchers that don’t cover a full breakfast is just sad. What ever combo we pick the vouchers didn’t cover it if we wanted something to drink to breakfast. 2: The hard boiled Poached eggs was a failing thing this morning. Sure we got new but at that time we already finish and did it want to sit there for it’s so freezing 3:...

“The Hilton Bentley gave us the lovely experience we were after for our holiday. The suite on the 10th floor had a wonderful view towards the beach and ocean, the amenities in the room where excellent. We got a wonderful check-in, much thanks to the manager Cree, who also recommended the change of room. Santorini restaurant and the pool area was also a pleasant experience, not to mention the beach club, which was wonderful. Only sad thing was that 6 days went by all to quick.”

Bra läge. Dålig service.

"Mycket problem med korten som krävs till hiss och rum. Fick laddas om flera gånger per dag. Städningen av rum fungerade inte. Helt okey poolområde. Bra gym. Mycket fin strand. Medioker frukost. Fin strandpromenad."

"Totally new hotel in great area. High tech rooms that are very efficient and easy to control with iPad in the room but the feeling and the size (=small) is cruising ship, like it or not. Excellent roof top with small pool a Wonderful plants and sea view on one side. One of the bests walking streets starts with the hotel. Drinks in the bar are way too expensive but delicious and extra fee for the breakfast is 23USD. "
