“Our stay in Hayward at Birch Point was very comfortable. Bed allowed for great sleep. Coffee good. Towels soft. great view of lake. Just what we were looking for was a place to stay that was clean and reasonably priced. ”

“The location is quiet and secluded. We enjoyed gathering together in the evening at the fire pit. The cabins are fine, but feel a little tired and not as clean as I would have expected. If you plan on using the pullout beds, make sure to communicate that clearly with the host ahead of time. We had some difficulty getting linens the first night.”

“Fantastic setting, clean and perfect for our visit. Even though we would have loved to be there longer in mornings , we had MC rides for 3 days with friends on Rice lake 1.2 miles away. Great local for our visit. We will definitely recommend to others in future visits.”

“The setting was magnificently picturesque. Loons calling, deer roaming and squirrels bustling all around. The room was small but cozy, however calling it a condominium was a stretch of the imagination. It is a basic motel room with a dorm fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Convenient but not conducive for staying more than one or two nights at most. I would stay again, but only for a short period - not a week again. ”

“We stayed here while visiting family in the Rice Lake area. It is so quiet here! We never heard anything while there. Bed was comfortable, cleanliness was above what we expected. Full kitchen. We used the oven and dishwasher and never a problem. Modern appliances etc. and beautiful deck. We will be back and bring more family to stay in the other cottages as well! Thank you for a stress free stay, never a worry.”
