“Perfect host and amazing breakfast”

“Easy to find , and arrival instructions clear and easy to follow. Driveway rather steep but surface good and easily managed by small hire car. Breakfast provisions excellent. very modern interior, and well finished. High western outlook, and vivid sunsets. Can be rather warm or rather cool depending on wind direction. Room has heating but no cooling. Easy walk to town but the return uphill walk would be strenuous. Plenty of parking on site.Hostess easy to contact and quite charming to meet.”

“Platypus visible from dining room, paddy melons,wallabies, bandicoots and wombats all seen in a two night stay. Beautiful walks. Loved the slow combustion fire in our room. Loved the lack of tv etc in rooms. A beautiful place. ”

“Stayed only one night but could easily have stayed longer had I got more time. The house sits on a hill with a fantastic view over the bay and the fishing boats in the harbour. The rooms all have different character, mine was bright with some lovely details, as a masquerad mask and some old books on the bed stands. Breakfast is served in the kitchen with the lovely owner couple present for a chat. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area again.”

“Aloft was like a home away from home. It has many amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The owner Annie kindly provided us with instructions to get there. We love the ability to have a washing machine and dryer. Even a dishwasher was there but we didn't use.”
