“We stayed for 2 nights due to inclement weather for work. The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean. Even with all the snow and salt the entry and walkways was kept clean at all times. I would stay again”

“The hotel was nice, our room was clean and the staff was great but the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, we had issues with our TV not working and the ice maker on our floor was broken. The location was also great with lots of good restaurants near by. ”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...

“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”
