“Had a great time nice staff in all areas”

“Staff was awesome. Best pet friendly room that I have stayed at. I had difficulty calling the front desk to make sure my late arrival was not going to cancel my room. We could hear them but no matter what phone we used they couldn’t hear us. Not much for potty areas for dogs but walking distance for fast foods.”

“It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it.”

“Room was in absolutely awful condition. Horrible dark decor and poor lighting hiding a myriad of maintenance issues and poor cleanliness. Some kind of broken glass in the carpet. Bathroom was dirty and had all kinds of strange overpainting on tile to hide mouldy grouts Cancelled checkin within 10 minutes, asked for my money back and walked away. ”

“Love the lodge, everyone is so friendly and kind. We love sitting and watching the lake, coffee and tea is always available.. rooms are spacious and clean. Honestly though not a fan of the food at breakfast- or the price of the room. it’s expensive and we love to come and stay but not in our budget to do more than once a year. ”
