“My daughter and I stayed for two nights and used their spa facility. We did facials and massages which were great! The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet and room service was great! The employees from front desk, spa facility, room service were all very polite and helpful! We will definitely come back and recommend the Omni!!!”

“I was worried about this property because of other reviews but it really exceed our expectations and we can't wait to plan a trip with friends and go back! The kids club was awesome - shout out to Bailey because she was the counselor for a few days with our son, but all of the counselors were great! Heated pool at main building was amazing too. Food and drinks were awesome. Had the best espresso martini from the girls at the bar at the main lobby.”

“This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...

“This property as a whole has a lot of positives about it. Leading up to the hotel, it was a nice path and very pretty scenery. The lobby of the hotel is very elegent in representation and there is a hotel and bar (did not use) that are nice as well. The rooms are a bit outdated and evidently has moisture issues. The hotel seems to try and uphold a high and elegent taste, however, I was a little let down by the rooms. The ceilings were low in the bathroom, feeling almost claustrophobic. The...

“The Augustin Inn is everything you'd want in a B&B. Cozy and cute with decent amenities and good food. St. Augustine itself has a lot of live entertainment going on that is very audible within the town's limits, within which The Augustin Inn is located. ”
