“The ocean front view from the Villa was wonderful and special. The staff was great and the grounds of the resort were well maintained and beautiful. The condition of the interior of the Villa showed some wear from use and the shower did not drain well. Overall we were very pleased with the experience and will plan to stay there again. ”

“Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.”

“The hotel, amenities and restaurant were nice. The water had a strong smell of sulfur. The fountains were nice to look at but made the area also smell. The restaurant was good. The music was good but when we brought the kids to bed after dinner we could hear everything from the restaurant and lobby area because there was a 2” gap under our door. We put towels infront and that helped a little. We booked on hotels.com and paid extra for a lakeview room but were put in one. The staff was friendly...
