“The property fit our needs perfectly. It was convenient to have access to washer/dryer. It was close enough to walk into St Augustine (2 mi) and very convenient to one of the beaches. Not knowing how many friends or family may have needed a place to stay, having both a trundle bed and fold out couch provided options. It’s an older home but has all the necessities. It was perfect for our stay.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute two floor unit. Small space downstairs, but very nicely appointed and functional. Upstairs open and airy. The saltwater pool was wonderful and the view from the pool or the back deck was very nice. Cabe was an excellent host and great communicator. We stayed for a 4 day weekend and it was great.”

“Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. ”

“The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! ”

“This cottage is the perfect beach cottage. It is in a wonderful area. JP was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfy and the living space was generous for our family of three. The lot is large for being on the beach and our child loved running around playing. The kitchen has newer appliances and was well stocked with cookware and diningware. We would 100% stay again. We started looking at dates before we even left. ”

“My husband and I spent 9 weeks here (not long enough) and loved it. Martie is terrific and communicates promptly. The property is steps from the beach and you don't have to cross A1A. Everything you need is there and it was very clean and neat. The only problem we had was that it was already rented for next year. Hopefully we will book early enough to come back the year after next. Thanks for everything Martie, you have a winner with this property!”
