Privat Black Point Beach hem (femte hus från Niantic Bay) inom gångavstånd från tre stränder. 3 sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum, 6 sovplatser. (Två drottningar och två enkelsängar) Inhägnad i gården med sväng. Öppen planlösning med tre nivåer. Omöblerat lekrum och tvättstuga på lägre nivå. Vardagsrum, matsal, sittgrupp, kök, däck och 1/2 badrum på mellanplan. Tre sovrum och 2 badrum (1 dusch, 1 badkar) på övervåningen på översta plan. Central luft på mitten och övre nivån. Tennisbanor, basketplan och lekplats ligger nära föreningens klubbhus. Förbättrad WIFi, sänglinne, handdukar, strandstolar, badhanddukar, Pack N Play, barnvagn, barnstol, HULU-TV, kaffe och vatten på flaska. Ägaren bor lokalt för att enkelt hjälpa till med problem som kan uppstå eller för att ge lokala råd. Ägarens fru ser till att huset är ordentligt förberett för resenärer. Nära till kasinon, vingårdar, bryggerier, charterfiske, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Gilette Castle, Essex ångtåg, herrgårdar i Newport (1 hr) och Block Island (45 minuters färja.) Och glöm inte att njuta av en två mil promenad på Niantic Bay Boardwalk eller gå runt Niantic eller Old Black Point. OBS-Eftersom huset har tre våningar är det kanske inte lämpligt för personer som har svårt att klättra trappor.

Niantic retreat not just for summer!
Beautiful home close to the Sound. Our stay was in February and just happened to coincide with a winter storm. The house was very cozy for my husband and I and our 4 teens. They had a blast watching the LR Roku big screen and eating snacks from the fully equipped kitchen playing ping pong in the downstairs gameroom (note-not really heated in the winter so chilly, but not frigid). Sleeping areas include 2 sofas in downstairs LR, 2 twin beds in upstairs room with fold down desk, 1 full in a cozy room next door, and a queen in the master BR. Master has a bathroom with walk in shower, cozy arm chair and a Roku tv with Hulu. Upstairs hall bath has a shower tub combo. Downstairs bath has toilet and sink. No bathroom in basement. Plenty of bedding and towels plus 2 washers and dryers. You can watch the sunrise over the sound (red sky in morn for the approaching storm was breathtaking). Outside has a deck and a swingset in a small fenced backyard. With the approaching storm Bill was kind enough to offer late check out and we had everything we needed to prepare. It was a stress free adventure. You may not think of Niantic as a place to escape during the winter, but this is great. The beach theme design was fun and carefree and helped relieve the cabin fever of our teens. We are already planning to return. Perfect for our needs and a perfect escape any season. NOTE-hard wood floors and stairs (pack grippy slippers). Motility challenged may struggle on stairs

Perfect weekend getaway
We had an amazing stay. This was the perfect weekend trip for us with our pups to celebrate our husky's 10th birthday(he has terminal cancer and we werent sure we would be celebrating this milestone with him). House was very clean and welcoming. Beach is just a short walk (or drive in the cold). The kids loved the ping pong table and being able to walk down to the beach. Host was easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great house all around. Easy walk to beach. Lots of other things to do within short driving distance. Finally got Mystic Pizza off the bucket list. Great place and reasonably priced by the way.

Wonderful home for a family stay
Highly recommend this home, very clean and comfortable. Owner provided plenty of guidance for check in/out, as well as a folder at the house with info such as using the tv, wifi, local restaurants, etc. No complaints, would reserve again if ever in the area.

Gorgeous Beach House
We had a great stay here. My husband and I came in the off-season with our two dogs. There's a fenced in back yard and a great neighborhood to walk. The little town of Niantic is so cute; there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. We were super close to Mystic Seaport. The hosts are great. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and Area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was well appointed and had many amenities. Close to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium. We also visited Block Island and had a great time there. Yard was fenced in, which was good for our dogs. Pleasant quiet area, taking walks with our dogs was also very nice. Hosts were most gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Relaxing home away from home
Walk to the beach or just around the quiet beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in the house and our dog loved the backyard and deck. When my daughter came with the baby we found the baby gates we brought weren’t wide enough for the stairs, luckily he wasn’t too fast at the time! Overall wonderful place to stay!

Perfect for us!
My family and I ended our 10 day New England vacation here and it was perfect. My kids (14 and 11) appreciated that they could spread out and have their own rooms. They also were constantly playing ping pong. I enjoyed the little beaches. One day we were the only ones on the beach until about 2pm. There are lots of cute restaurants in downtown Niantic. Bill was great and even let us check in early and check out late. Would definitely stay again!

Girls vacation
The house is cute and much bigger than the pictures give it credit for. The host thought of everything and it was well stocked. Close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Sad that we couldn’t enjoy the beach, but the weather was too chilly. We enjoyed our time. Thanks again for sharing your house with us.

Great Home Away From Home
Our family stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is great- we enjoyed walking down to the beach and the kids liked the playground and tennis courts. We would stay again!

Certainly better than a motel.....
We were relocating to Niantic and our closing wasn't scheduled for several days. We have a dog. Emmie, and it is very difficult to have a long stay in a motel so decided to look into renting a house and when I checked the sites, Bill's house popped up and seemed perfect and near the water which in our estimation is a bonus. When checking our dates it was available so felt it was meant for us!! The house is very nice. Certainly had everything that you would need and then some. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone who wants a nice place to stay when visiting Niantic and the CT coast. The only draw back is that the 3 well appointed bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a long flight of stairs up which could be a problem for some. I'm just sorry that the weather wasn't a bit warmer as it would have been nice to sit out on their deck and enjoy watching the deer who were around every day.
