Newberry Rental with direct access to Snowmobile/UTV trails
House: 1200 sq ft * 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 12) * 1 Bathroom * Kitchen * Living room * Dining area * Portable A/C units
Located 65 miles northwest of the Mackinaw bridge and is the center of everything that makes the UP special.
Ride directly from the house to the SxS and Snowmobile trails. Plenty of parking for your trucks and trailers. The snow will be plowed.
Refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven/stove top, coffee pot, and fully stocked kitchen supplies available.
All bed, bath, and kitchen linen provided.
Attached garage with 1 bay for you to use during your stay.
Note: There is a walled off portion in garage with separate entrance that the owners occasionally stay in.

A Trip to the U.P. Of Michigan
We took our Grand Kids to see some of my wife's heritage and snow. It didn't snow late December. The dogsledding adventure turned into dogs pulling an atv. It was still fun. We substituted tubing to see the nearby parks with waterfalls and a pully barge over a springs. Ice skating in the Sault Ste.Marie was a Great time. The Movie Theater was very Nostalgic. The Village of Newberry is a very Nice place.

Great location for a snowmobile weekend! The house was very clean and had a lot of beds (9). Which was good for our group of five. Right off the trail for quick access.

Perfect for SXS trail riders
House was perfect, had everything we needed. We asked 1 question before we arrived and was answered quickly, check in and out was easy, everything worked as described, house was very comfortable, (couch and beds). Trails were amazing right at the end of the street, easy access to fuel, resturants, and groceries. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for providing such a great place.

Everything about this property was just as we expected. Easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds. We had to contact the owner just once to see how we should leave something and received a quick reply. We would definitely stay here again.

More than expected...
Small but efficient. Having 9 beds was great. Large yard (not seen in pictures) with a firepit. Super quiet street at end of town by railroad tracks was fun and safe for kids. We saw 2 cars a day and no trains. 3 minute walk to tiny downtown which has cool little theater. We saw Indiana Jones! Fun week-!

Clean and comfortable!
Loved this property. It was very clean, had everything we needed and literally 2 minutes from the grocery store which was very convinient. It was in town without feeling like it was in town so that was great. Very quiet and peaceful street as well. Brad responded quickly and politly to all of my questions leading up to check in.

Perfect Location
Stay was great. We took our Girl Scout Troop on a UP tour and this home was in the center of everything we wanted to do. We just used the house as a place to sleep. We had 10-12 hour days exploring. Home meet our expectations and will recommend to other GS Troops looking to visit the UP.

Had a great stay at Brad’s house in Newberry. The house was as advertised and very close to the restaurants, gas and the trails. For us it was a perfect location just two blocks from food and trails. Will stay again!

Perfect for sxs riding
Easy check in, perfect location to ride the trails, plenty of parking for our 2 trucks with trailers, unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of seating. Definitely need to add another couch in there. Would stay here again.

The property was in the village of Newberry so everything was easy to access like groceries fuel and the trail was right outside the door. We needed to get ahold of our host Brad and he was available helpful and accommodating. The property had everything thing we needed. Enjoyed our stay!

Not for families
The home was clean, the water was hot, and the internet is good but that's about as positive of feedback I can give. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. We woke up daily with head, hip and neck pain. The home was very hot inside. Even with windows open we had to run to the local store and purchase 3 box fans that were not cheap to keep the home cool. The cookware is worn and everything sticks. Knives are super dull. The home sleeps 12 but there is only enough comfortable seating for 3 people. The door knobs on most of the doors are missing half the knob. There are holes in the walls. The home is very close to the neighbors, literally a few feet. We were woken up by them scraping and spraying some chemicals one morning. Most mornings we were woken by the train that is across the street. Mind you we must keep the windows open to keep the home cool. We travel often so this isn't the first rental home we've had. And understand that Newberry is a very small town. I have family there and that's where my family roots came from, but for the money I expected much more from this home. At the very least, a comfortable nights sleep and to wake up not in pain. Maybe a bunch of fellas up for hunting and sledding wouldn't mind staying here, but our family was not impressed. We will look for a different home the next time we come back up.

The house was ok but it is right beside a railroad track & construction area. The neighbors house is 10-12 feet from the back of the house. They were outside yelling at midnight one night. We had to have the windows open because there is no AC in the house & it was very warm. The house had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes & cook ware. The Wi-Fi was great!
