“EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.”

“This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again!”

“Absolutely relaxing and clean. Everything we needed for some peace and quiet. Enjoyed the front porch over looking the clear lake. It was overcast and cool but the porch was cozy. Nice to have a fire next to the lake. Town was nearby and quaint. ”

“We had a great stay in Oneida Castle for Colgate’s parent weekend. Roughly 25-30 min drive from campus through beautiful countryside and fall leaves. Place is really nice inside, comfy bed, nice living room, and kitchen. Street is under construction, but wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great dinner at Creekside Inn with our student.”

“We had a family get together and this property did not disappoint. They had lots of kitchen supplies to cook and bake, a large dining room table so we could all eat together and an amazing view of the lake. The basement was a great play area for the kids. The hosts were attentive and very welcoming! Can’t wait to stay there again!”

“Out weekend at Paradise Getaway was just what we expected. The kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans,etc. The beds were clean and there were ample towels for all 11 of us. Having the pool, the anmazing view of the lake, and fabulous weather took it up a level. It was the break that everyone needed and that is why we give it a 5! ”

“Väldigt bra service av kvinnan som stod i receptionen. Under vistelsen i USA bodde vi även på flera dyrare hotel med mycket sämre service och samma nivå på rum. Det här hotellet hade allt vi behövde och väldigt trevlig personal samt rent och daglig städning. Det fanns gratis parkering, gym och frukost. Man kan gå till centrum men vet faktiskt inte om jag skulle göra det på kvällen/natten då det var lite skumma människor i närheten. Kände mig dock säker hela tiden. Åker jag tillbaka skulle jag...

Brought my own juice and mustard after day one. Servers working at breakfast is not at acceptable level. It is far to the smile from servers, thy seems to be boared, and don't hide it! Four (4) servers was looking att TV in pub around the corner of breakfast, nonone in breakfast room. Low service mind...
