Street parking was available so you don’t have to pay for that (overnight parking in downtown Philly is outrageous). “Many good things to say about this VRBO! Easy check in, nicely appointed, fully equipped. Very comfortable rooms with each room having it's own temperature control. Has stairs, but not many (as long as you are able). Close to all the highways - easy drive to Lambertville, New Hope, Frenchtown, and Diamond Nation. Easy walk to restaurants (a couple of them very good!); and an easy walk over to Alkemy Coffee Cafe' and the arts area! Very responsive owner. I highly recommend this VRBO.”

“Second time we have stayed here, and will most certainly do it again. Roberta and Jerry's place is a short walk to our son's apartment and in a great neighborhood. Very Philadelphia with narrow streets and challenging parking, but tons of charm. Place is as advertised, very clean, and welcoming. If you like urban settings, we would highly recommend staying here.”

“Not sure where to start. I’ll say that the property was clean and checkin was smooth. The apartment itself was okay. It was missing some kitchen accessories, like a toaster, but overall it was okay. The range didn’t work well and the washer and dryer required payment (and the dryer must have a broken heating element because it didn’t dry).
