“This cabin was perfect for our stay. 6 Adults, 3 children under 2, and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for all of us. The cabin was clean and appeared exactly as it looked in the pictures. Location was great.. short drive to N Conway center and walking distance to Tuckerman’s Tavern (Highly recommend!). Matt was an excellent host. He was very responsive to the small issues that we had and worked to fix them right away. My only complant was that the gas stove in the living room was out of service which...

“Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. ”

“The perfect Christmas getaway. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views, great hills for sledding and tons and tons of snow for our family’s first white Christmas! Greg couldn’t have been more helpful and communicated constantly. Definitely would love to come back and stay again ”

“3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house.”

“Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!”

“The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.”
