“Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. ”

“Stayed there for a guys Snowmobile trip. The cabin was perfect! Great location with good trail access. Very clean. Plenty of parking for large trailers. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond to communications. We will be back!”

“Tim and Sarah have the most beautiful property. It’s private , gorgeous and spacious for the entire family. This secluded retreat is only 15 mins from attitash and cranmore. This house is perfect for making memories with family! ”

“3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house.”

“The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them.”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed in Waterville Estates, but the first time in this house. There were six adults in our group (some stayed for different lengths of time) with two young children and a baby. The community and the house were great although I think the house was better suited for a family of two adults with children. The twin mattresses were comfortable for children but not great for adults. ”

“We had a great weekend at this house. The house had everything we needed and fit our family of 11 perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making our stay stress-free. The space was perfect for spending time together, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend!”

“Booked the camper for the weekend. When it turned out it was going to be cold and rainy vinnie generously offered to let me stay at another place on his property instead! This was the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature!”
