Söt två sovrum, två badhus. Rymmer sex i tre sängar: en kung, två drottningar. Rör tillhandahålls. Koppla av på verandan efter en hård dag på floden. Otroligt bekvämt till Comalfloden, Schlitterbahn, restauranger i centrum och barer och musikställen. Du kan gå överallt. Central luft. Välutrustat kök med Keurig. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Enkel promenad till 10 restauranger. Höghastighetsinternet. TV i vardagsrum och varje sovrum. Sovrummet har king size-säng och eget badrum med dusch. 2: a badet har en klo fot badkar. Utegrill. Gott om parkering. Byggd 1929, helt uppgraderad. 1 247 kvadratfot. Högt i tak, trägolv. Stor gård. Tio minuter till Gruene. Float Inn på Comal på röret är ett kvarter bakom huset. Floating trip
GREAT LOCATION!! We come every year and this is by far the best location we've ever had. Walking distance to Float In(our favorite) ....the restaurants....and Landa Park. Charming cottage!

Very Comfortable Stay!
We stayed here with our tween/teen kids and had plenty of room. Everything we needed was there, including cookware and basic spices for cooking dinner. Despite blazing heat, we stayed comfortably cool in the house and even enjoyed time on the back porch watching the deer. The house was very close to everywhere we needed to go. The host checked in frequently and we had no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Property Owners hit this one out of the park!
The property owners have done an excellent job with this property. It is the oldest property we have ever stayed in and is by far the cleanest! We were very impressed. This was our 3rd VRBO stay in the last 6 weeks and this property did not disappoint at all. It was very conveniently located for our needs. The property was well furnished with everything you need. Everything was labeled well and stocked with very nice linens. Other property owners could take lessons from these owners. We will definitely stay at the property again if our party size allows.

Great place close to the river
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels and extra toiletries in case you forget anything. Close to the main street and the river. There were also 4 nice tubes and two air pumps that made the process so much easier than bringing our own and trying to blow them up when we get to the river. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Great place and close to the river
I've been dove hunting the New Braunfels area for a few years now. Typically we stay right on the river, but couldn't get the same place this year. Found this spot and decided to give it a try. House was super nice, and had everything we needed. I will definately reach back out for next year!

Everything was great. The location was just as described. Having the free tubes was a great bonus, such an easy walk over the river where the tube chute is. Great restaurants all within walking distance. Great comfy, quite home. The whole group enjoyed the property. Thanks, Leslie
