“From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice.”

“We were disappointed with the lack of information in our villa regarding taxi service, bus schedules, local restaurants etc. This was even more frustrating since our owner Lino was slow to return our text and phone messages. Months prior to our stay, I had inquired about taxi availability and was told by Lino that they were available. That was not the case.
