“Nice and comfortable, in a familiar way. Great communication, inviting me for drinks, movie nights etc. Fantastic avocado toast for breakfast and a bartender who knew how to make a coctail.”

It feels that you pay a large premium for a super small pool on the roof top. Some feedback: - Service is very volatile. Some people are very nice while some are quite rude and not service minded at all. - Quality at breakfast varied a lot. The matcha tasted different every day. Some days it was undrinkable. Service level here was generally poor...

“Rummet var snyggt och utsikten magnifik! Det var det enda positiva, egentligen. I övrigt riktigt dålig service, känns som det var kris där med otillräckliga resurser. Rummen var inte klart kl 16:00 utan vi fick stå lång tid och vänta utan varken info eller ursäkt. En kille väntade fortfarande på sitt rum flera timmar senare, han var inte glad… Överlag slarvigt städat, frågade om strykbräda 2 gånger men dök aldrig upp, en dag hade vi bara 1 smutsig handduk kvar plus att det låg använda handskar...
