“Our hosts were great and very responsive throughout the length of our long stay. The location was perfect. Very accessible to the Richmond area and immediate proximity to downtown and west end. It needed a good cleaning… but the host responded immediately and came and cleaned again. We felt the beds were super soft and for us they were uncomfortable.
