Great Location! Come and relax in this quiet, safe neighborhood! Master bedroom with a full bathroom /Jet tub a queen bed, and a large smart TV. The second bedroom has a double bed with smart TV. Open concept kitchen, dining/living room with a large TV, A single folding bad that can be placed anywhere in the house as you see it convenient. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils. Washer and dryer are in the hallway. Basic soaps, bed sheets, blankets, pillows are provided. No laundry detergent provided.
You can relax in the partially covered deck, with a propene grill and a table with siting capacity for 4 people.

If you want to visit downtown Nashville it will take you only 15 minutes to get there, 3 minutes from by-pass 386, 5 minutes from Interstate 65. 10 minutes from the lake, and a walking distance dog park.

Great little property!
Great property in Hendersonville. It was just what we needed to visit with our family. Close to highways and in super quiet neighborhood. Manager was very responsive to our needs (dang internet, but was probably user error) but she was very patient with us and got it working.

Nice, quiet area
Nice, quiet neighborhood that’s close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. Everything was comfortable and easy to use. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Difficult stay in Hendersonville, TN
The check-in process was difficult in that the WiFi password did not work. When I called the host to ask about the password, the phone number she texted me was a wrong number. I had to use the Vrbo mail system to ask her to contact me. She finally called and the WiFi network was not setup for a Guest correctly. We finally got it taken care of but this was a hassle. While the home has Smart TVs, they were not setup to access the WiFi network and were did not work. The shower in the hall bath had so little pressure it was unusable. The toilet paper holder in that bathroom was also broken. In the kitchen several cabinet door handles were broken. Several electrical outlets in the house did not work. The beds were extremely high off the ground making it difficult to get in and they were extremely soft with little back support. My 95 year old mother had to sleep on the cot and my wife slept on the couch. Not a good situation. The worst thing was the ants that kept showing up in the main living area and the kitchen. Finally, every morning we would wake up to the sound of critters in the attic, maybe squirrels or rats but large critters not mice. All in all, I would not recommend these accommodations to anyone.

Great Find
We had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. modern refrigerator, oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable. We would rent again.

Great stay
Everything went as planned. Loved the house, it was beautiful on the inside, nice deck outback. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean. Only 25 minutes to downtown and Grand Old Opry. Messaging with owner went very well. We enjoyed our time there.

Cute house, nice neighborhood
Stayed here for a work conference. The house was cute and very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and I felt very safe. I traveled with a small dog and, although there is not a fenced yard, there is a nice dog park just down the street. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Hidden gem close to everything
What a wonderful house! We were in town to visit family and this house was located conveniently close to everything! My kids [17 & 9) both enjoyed the backyard, with the creek being a major bonus to explore! Stayed out on the lovely back deck for many hours talking with family and listening to the frogs at night. Bug spray s must, but to be expected with the climate. Beds were super comfortable. We will be back and stay again! Thank you!

Right near Nashville!
House was alot bigger snd nicer than pictures showed! Was very close to coffee shops and diners in town before heading out to Nashville which was about 15-20mins away for whichever part you were heading to of Nashville!! Extremely close and quick ride over. House had a huge kitchen and the rooms were alot bigger than expected as well. Very cute place, perfect for a girl's trip to Nashville!

Great place near Nashville!
There were 5 of us and a dog that stayed for 5 days. There was just enough space for us all and we were 20 minutes from the downtown area. The host was friendly and make sure we were well situated. Would stay again!

Felt Right At Home
I felt very comfortable at this rental property. I am moving to TN & rented this property for 20 days while looking for a more permanent home. The creek in the open back yard was so pretty. I saw deer, a heron, squirrels & a variety of other wildlife. My 2 small dogs loved the yard. The 2 lots next door are vacant, so my dogs had a lot of room to roam. The house itself was very clean & nicely decorated. I loved the comfortable bed in the master bedroom & also the huge smart tv. The owner was very responsive. The house is in a very convenient location just a short drive from a nice shopping center with several stores like Kroger, Target, Ross, Ulta & Home Goods. I often use Door Dash & Instacart & never had to wait long for deliveries. I also discovered a nice coffee shop with a drive through right around the corner.

Terrible experience!
Worst VRBO experience! Property was DIRTY & unkept. Yard had tall grass. The host sent a message that it would be mowed the same day. Never happened. Cicada killers were all over. Immediately noticed the dirty floors. Couldn't walk without shoes because of pet hair and dirt. Temp was 78 inside for 4 full days (set to 68 - the air couldn't keep up). Late the first night, we noticed hairs on the pillows. Pulled down the blankets...the sheets HAD NOT BEEN WASHED! There were human & pet hairs & dirt all over master bed! Second bed also had pet hairs. Had to strip the beds & wash the bedding to sleep that night. Also noticed there were ants in the living room that evening (ended up in our stuff by the next morning) The outlets in the living room did not work properly (some not at all, some had one plug working). The last night of our stay, I got out of the shower & had fleas on my feet. When I looked closely at the floor, there were several dead ones. We contacted host from the very beginning. She responded quickly. She offered to send cleaners the following day. I refused because I didn't trust leaving my things after complaining about cleaning. She offered a refund of cleaning fee (1/2 to start then full). That hasn't happened yet. In the last message, the host said that a refund "isn't going to help our bad experience." She stated her review will be bad either way. Basically, accused me of lying. I offered to send video multiple times. Should not be allowed on VRBO. So bad!

PLEASE READ and take my advice… I did not take the advice of the previous reviews… First off, for the amount that you pay to stay at this house, you would think that you would have access to the whole house… NOPE! Four doors, including the garage and main living room are locked and restricted areas. That said, the outlets in the kitchen are not properly installed, and simply by trying to make a pot of coffee, tripped the breaker. Oh wait…. We couldn’t fix it, due to the panel box being in one of the restricted areas!!! That’s super safe! I was charged extra for a rolling cot that was nasty. Ended up buying a blow up mattress so my daughter was comfortable. In the small bedroom, there wasn’t any privacy curtains, just sheers… and my daughter didn’t feel comfortable changing during the day in there. The outside, looked as if the grass was not mowed in weeks, to the point where we tried to use the hose out back and the weeds were as tall as the hose bib! I was not trying to get through all that to use it! Unless these matters are taken care of, and proper access is allowed, I wouldn’t recommend.

Cute house and property but several issues. Kitchen floor was dirty, swept up considerable dirt, crumbs and hair. Lighting in master bath was very poor which made doing hair and makeup a challenge. One sink in master bath drained very slowly so avoided using it. Could only find 1 face wash cloth in the house (there were 4 of us staying there) so needed to purchase them. Weren't able to get the ceiling fan in second bedroom to work. The kitchen has an ant problem that caused us to have to discard unopened packages of breakfast rolls. While each complaint by itself isn't a particularly big deal, added all together it made our stay less enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend this property.
