Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!”

“This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. Francis was a great host, responded quickly to texts (no issues, just couldn't find the code he had originally sent!) the House was clean and cozy. Kitchen was easy to cook in and well stocked! “The house is beautiful and very comfortable for 7 adults in their 70's. The location is close enough to town but far enough to be quiet and secluded. We had one issue, and it had nothing to do with the house. There were workers onsite every weekday......landscapers, pool workers, sprinkler maintenance workers, plant sprayers and hedge trimmers for 2 full days, very noisy and disruptive.
