Magnificent Guest House with gym and indoor pool

Ideally situated at the gateway to the Périgord Vert, 5 minutes drive from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Aubeterre Sur Dronne.

Lynn and Rick, the very discreet owners of the property on which the guest house is located, welcome you to their "maison d'amis" and will take care of you so that you will not miss anything.

You will have exclusive access to the guest house, the guest house terrace visible in the photos, the gym, the games room, and the large sloping park behind the pool. In winter time, you will appreciate the wood burner (€20 extra charge for logs for a weekend)
You will also have two dedicated parking spaces and your own private entrance.

You will certainly have the pleasure of occasionally coming across Joss, an adorable and calm Terrier, the dog of the house! Don't worry, he doesn't think he's a guard dog!

The house is located at the entrance of the Domaine de Longeveau, where you can enjoy a well-maintained 9-hole golf course where locals and tourists meet.

At the gateway to the Perigord Vert, 5 minutes drive from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Aubeterre Sur Dronne, you will have a wide choice of activities whatever the season you stay at the Guest House. Lynn and Rick will be able to give you all the important information about the area, the tips and the good addresses to go to, but also those not to go to, according to your desires!

More than just a stay in a beautiful country house, a real experience awaits you at Lynn and Rick's house.

The house is available for rent by the week in high season (early July to late August), and by the weekend or for short stays in mid and low season (the rest of the year).
