Upon stepping into the Villa, the interior captivates you with its elegance, matching the beauty of the exterior. The colour palette and materials in the living room are beautifully coordinated and balanced, from the soft furnishings to the stainless steel countertops, complemented by micro-cement and intricate wooden paneling. The room's colour varies with the light let in by the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a golden hue in the evenings. The wide sea views are only briefly interrupted by a few pine trees and the areas natural and rugged landscape.

The interior of the Living area is further enhanced with a large open fireplace, and sunk seating area which creates a cosy atmosphere.

The house features three bedrooms, each furnished with premium mattresses and high-quality 100% organic percale cotton linens. A full bathroom, and a superb wood-fired sauna boasting coastal views and direct access to the patio seating area and outdoor spa.

The sauna accommodates 7 adults comfortably, offering views over the patio and coast through its floor to ceiling glass front. The excellent carpentry and thick wood planks follow the high standard already set by the rest of the property and the large wood fired stove is plenty powerful to provide an excellent steam for a sauna even of this size.


★ OUTSIDE ★

Stepping out from the sauna onto the spacious patio, you'll discover the stainless steel spa pool—a large rectangular jacuzzi that overlooks the bay, offering a serene spot to watch the birds and embrace the peaceful surroundings. Adjacent to the spa is an outdoor shower for added convenience. In the evenings, various lighting options allow you to create the perfect ambiance. The patio is furnished with plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds, making it the ideal place to relax, catch the sunset, and enjoy long summer evenings.

As you follow the steps down the from the terrace, there is a 20m long pier and you'll have the option to moor your boat in addition to it being an excellent spot for fishing enthusiasts! You are also welcome to explore the beautiful surroundings on our rowing boat.
