“We came to the MB area for a weeklong baseball tournament. We needed enough room for the 5 of us, the ability to do laundry and make meals. This was perfect. Anything we needed, was taken care of. Quick communication from the property management company. The one thing we will note is that this its the second story unit, which was not originally posted in the listing on VRBO. If you do not wanna carry stuff up stairs, be mindful of that. Location was super nice, updated and clean. Area was also...

“Our stay was great!! The location is perfect! Having the golf carts were so nice to go to the beach or pool! We had a few hiccups but Rob was on it and got the issues resolved quickly! The communication was excellent and very prompt! We would definitely stay here again!! ”

“First of all Brian, the owner is awesome. Great communication and very courteous. I have rented from him the last two years. This house was very clean and to be pet friendly you wouldn't think pets were previously here. TV's, Wi-Fi, AC/Heat worked great and the beds were really decent. My wife and kids were very happy with this house. The location is great as well just across from the Park. Can't wait to come back. ”

“The place is large and located in a great spot - close to the beach, pool, gym, splash pad and racquet courts. Communication was very good with the owner. We put in the address in our GPS but were not able to access until we found the administration building and security building. They require a 30.00 downpayment for an access card to the complex of which only 10.00 is returned! The house could have been a bit cleaner especially the bathrooms. The kitchen is a little tired too.”

“Looked for a home to rent in Murrells Inlet area that was comfortable and on one floor as our friend is not very mobile. The home was PERFECT! Such a nice floorplan. Everything was new and absolutely spotless. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental for our visit. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. Hope to be able to rent in the future.”

Split level concept was really nice too. All the kids crashed in the lower apartment with the game room and were adults upstairs. Great spot for families ”
