“Excellent stay! 2 couples in our mid 50’s that stayed in Kanab as a home base for some hiking adventures. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The furniture/ beds were very comfortable . The house is walking distance to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. We enjoyed the yard and fire pit. The views from the house were amazing. We would definitely recommend and return if in the area again. ”

“Our wonderful hosts went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we enjoyed our stay! Their lovely 4 bedroom (loft), 4 bathroom house was perfect for our family reunion with 8 adults. The central location enabled us to easily take day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. A well-equipped kitchen made meal prep and cleanup easy. AND, the scenery from the deck was an added bonus, both during the day and night. We'll definitely be back! ”

“Fantastic and spacious house with an awesome pool and hot tub near Zion and other parks. We've spent a week here with family and friends, and all loved the place. The kids spent every morning and evening in the pool, and during the day we explored Zion, Bryce and other nearby parks. Great location, beautiful surroundings, spacious, neat and clean. “Stayed here to do a multi-day visit to Zion National Park. The property was about 35-45 mins from the park, but the cost and value made it well worth the booking. I must say, the property was actually BETTER than described - which is saying something. “The stay at this cozy little place was just what we needed to escape the city. The location strikes the perfect balance, close enough to town for convenience, yet tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We loved the nearby hike to see real dinosaur tracks, and the backyard was ideal for stargazing at night.The cabin itself is small but charming, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The only suggestions we’d offer are that the memory foam mattress felt a bit worn and it would be...

“We enjoyed a few days at this property. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2-3 families. Great proximity to Zion Ponderosa if you want to use their amenities or book a tour/guided trip. Easy walk to access the East Rim trail, short drive to observation point trailhead. We really enjoyed the new Apple cross mountain bike trails. Owner was very responsive and communicated all details well.”
