“We travelled to the Mornington Peninsula for a golf trip and found the house to be perfect in every way. Close to the Rosebud Hotel and supermarket for meals. After the golf it was very nice to sit on back veranda and enjoy the warm sunshine. Ideal for the weekly getaway.”

“We decided to have a family getaway with the kids and this property was the best! Had everything to keep the kids entertained and very comfortable for the adults. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed late check out so we can give the kids naps and lunch before our long journey home. ”

“I stayed with a friend for 2 nights and it was a lovely place. Very clean with comfortable furnishings and everything you need to enjoy a weekend away. Communication with hosts was awesome and we were even offered early check in and late checkout which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on the peninsula!”

There were cobwebs outside and inside the rooms with spiders.The bathrooms wouldn’t drain , dirty piles of blankets, kitchen and microwave so dirty with a lot of expired and spoilt food inside, all furniture fully covered in dirt, and the floors not vacuumed for a long time .We couldn’t lock the doors when we went inside. “The house is a close walk to the beach and has four bedrooms, which is great for a family. Unfortunately, the bed in the front room is broken and not safe to use.The backyard is not suitable for children, there is rubbish, junk, broken glass in piles. The screen door to the back needs repair, the dishwasher was broken and it was difficult to light the stove. It requires a flame/lighter and a working one is not supplied. “We enjoyed our stay at this property with my 80 year old parents,their 3 daughters, husbands and adult grandchilren.Great upstairs entertaining area. 7 bedrooms were comfortable. We loved being so close to Bayview golf course. Only negatives were that the stairs were a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues which we did not take into consideration when we booked but we managed them ok with my elderley parents. “The property is in a fabulous position, 600m from the beach.It was hreat to be able to have pur pooch there. One priblem is that there is no way to get a wet, sandy dog from the front to the back without going through the house. A si.ple side gaye wpuld have been great. With a main nedroom facing East, id be putting in blockout drapes as well as the existing. Being woken up at sparrows when wanting a sleep in isnt ideal.”
