Fantastic Ocean View!! Very Short Walk to Beach!!

Wake to beautiful sunrises in this gorgeous, modern one-bedroom apartment. Dine on a spacious, private deck while watching the waves crash onto a magnificent beach and maybe even some dolphins and whales frolicking in the surf. Located just outside "town" on Old Montauk Highway, you're just a few minute's walk (yes, walk), to the beach and to the best that Montauk has to offer!

Our development has an outdoor pool, and our unit has wireless internet (not that you'll want to be working!), and a view of the ocean that is just breathtaking! Enjoy the serenity of the Hither Hills beach and local attractions, then relax with a peaceful glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the ocean.

The newly-renovated apartment features brand new furnishings, a full kitchen with pristine appliances and full-sized island with seating for four, a working fireplace, Optimum high speed internet in the living room and smart TV in the bedroom, air conditioning/heat and ceiling fans.

A charcoal grill is located right outside the unit.

Unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests (Bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed and common area has the single most comfortable pull-out queen-size sofa on the planet!) On-site parking for one car. Essentials such as towels, linens, and beach chairs, as well as reusable insulated tote bags and ice packs, provided!

This property is open year-round, the unit is cozy and warm in the colder months with adjustable baseboard and unit heating and working fireplace ("duraflame" type logs only, please.)

Fantastic Location
This Atlantic Buff condo had a wonderful view from the balcony. It was the middle of September; we saw Humpback Whales and Dolphins from the deck. The place was clean, cozy and had all the essentials for a week-long stay. Check-in and check-out went perfectly. It was easy to get to Montauk, we even walked in a few times. Convenient to Amaganssett, Sag Harbor and the other Hamptons.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This was a perfect birthday weekend celebration for my husband and me. The apartment is lovely. Bonnie has taken great care to make this a cozy beach getaway and the location - just steps away from the beach - is wonderful. The deck with the beautiful view of the ocean is the perfect setting for evening cocktails. Communication with Bonnie and Josh was excellent. They responded promptly to all of our questions. We will be back!

Perfect beach getaway!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, and every detail was well thought out. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient, and once we arrived, we were blown away by how spectacular the beach was. If you love the ocean and Montauk, this is the perfect spot for you. We were would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape. It was an amazing trip!

Couldn’t ask for better in Montauk
Such a cute place and so perfectly situated. Pool in the complex, beach across the street, free shuttle to town. The unit itself is pristine, everything worked perfectly, comfortable bed, with everything we needed for a summer vacay including tote bags, beach chairs, towels and even sunscreen. Wish all vacations were this easy. Would gladly come back.

Great Spot Close to Town

Overly controlling property host
Property owner sent out a overly explicit directions about their property. At our three o’clock check in time she never sent the door code and we had to contact her . Once we walked in the property we noticed it had not been cleaned, unmade bed, dishes in sink and dirty towels on the floor ! We called the host once again and she stated oops I forgot to tell the cleaning crew to clean it . 3 1/2 hours later we finally got into our rental . For a property that you have to pay 100% of the fee upfront it should of have been ready. The complex itself is very nice and quiet and has wonderful views .

Thanks to our host, we felt right at home as soon as we got there ... the property was exactly as advertised and a beautiful location an easy walk into town. We enjoyed both quiet dinners on the balcony as well as a very fun selection of night life in town. We are already planning our next stay.

Quiet weekend away
Our stay at this wonderful condo did not disappoint. It was beautifully decorated and well thought out. The apartment was in a perfect location with a lovely view, right across from a beautiful section of beach and a short stroll into town. I can’t say enough about our hosts. To start the welcome book they provided was so thoughtful and helpful, loaded with many area recommendations. And it provided detailed instructions as to how to operate the electronics, what a godsend! We unfortunately had an unexpected health emergency during our stay. Not knowing the area I reached out to Bonnie for some advice. She went above and beyond to supply us with the information we needed. She was so helpful and showed such warmth and concern. If we every make our way back to Montauk I will certainly try to stay here again. Thank you Bonnie!!

My Dream Solo-Cation!
Staying at Bontauk was so lovely - they have every amenity you can need and the entire place feels so homey. The pictures are accurate representations of the beautiful work done at Bontauk, and the pictures of the ocean vista do not do the real thing justice! Everything at Bontauk was wonderful, including the guide book with recommendations for where to eat and what to do. Definitely check out Harvest on the Pond for dinner. The linguini with clam sauce will change your life! I can’t wait to return to Bontauk 💜

A Perfect Getaway
Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The unit was extremely clean, well equipped and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise.
