House of 80m2 located in one of the tourist destinations par excellence of the Costa Daurada only 4km from the beach, 25km from Port Aventura and 30km from Reus Airport. It is distributed over three floors with access to the community pool open all year round and recreation area. We find on the first floor: dining area, living room with sofa bed for one guest, fully equipped kitchen and access to the private terrace with garden and outdoor furniture. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. On the third: solarium terrace with mountain views, sea in the background and pool. It has all kinds of equipment such as a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
