“If anything, the photos don't do justice to the lovely view of the Adriatic from the roof top terrace. The two double beds were fine for my friend and me, the place was clean and comfortable and it was right in the old town, a short walk from the beach. One rather minor complaint: the AC in the kitchen did now work. The owner came quickly to address the problem, but the needed part did not come while we were there. The AC in the bedroom did work, and that was more important. Still, we asked...

“Ideal centro storico location. Management kept in touch throughout our stay to insure everything was okay, yet not overbearing. Gave great suggestions on local attractions and great restaurant and bar locations. Close to shops, restaurants, beaches...easy to find something to do everyday. People in Monopoli very friendly. “We had a 3 night stay at the Monopoli Sky house, house was clean and tidy with lots of space for a group although it lacked a lounge area and couch it was easy to access and easy to find free parking nearby. It was a 15 min walk into Monopoli central with options for local restaurants. Host was super responsive and helped with all house and surrounding questions”

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in der Altstadt und nahe am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist auf das allernotwendigste beschränkt. Es fehlen Haken für Handtücher in WC und Bad, Wäschleine am Balkon. In der Küche gab es keine Handtücher. Die Wohnung wirkt leer und ungemütlich. Die Dachterrasse ist attraktiv, die Schattenabdeckung hat dem Herbststurm nicht standgehalten. Die steilen Treppen sind eine Herausforderung, die dank der Geländer gelingt.”
