“From the moment we walked into this house , we were wowed. The incredible picturesque views that streamed in through all the wi dies in the house made us feel like we were enveloped by nature. We were able to enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the panoramic windows and the house itself was exceptionally clean, had quality appliances and everything g we would need to prepare meals. “Considering that area does not have convenient hotels, this location was perfect for the event we attended. It was nice of them to vacate their home so we could stay - though we wish that would have been communicated. There is no extra room with twin beds - at least not functional. The property is nice. Whomever took the pictures did a great job. It worked for us for the short time we were in the area.”

“We made happy memories over a cold January weekend. We cooked together, sat around the fire, played games and dozed in comfortable beds with high quality linens. We enjoyed the view of the water and the twinkling lights on the property at night. The steam shower was divine. If you like cooking, bring good knives, a veggie peeler and good pans. Plenty of glassware and dishes and some cookware provided. ”

The house is so close to the lake that you can be cozy inside and still get wonderful views of the lake. We saw beaver each evening at sunset, wood ducks, and great blue herons among other wildlife.
