"Hyfsat läge, lätt att ta uber eller kick ner till broadway. Billigt i jämförelse mot andra hotell, frukosten var helt okej, inte stor men något iallafall. Rummen var rymliga och personal dygnet runt var bra då man låste ute sig. Kan rekommendera detta om man som jag inte spenderar mycket tid förutom sovandes på hotellet. Poolen var inte i bruk. "

"Great locataion, close to bars and restaurants in Midtown. The area is quiet (as opposed to the very busy downtown Broadway area). Spacious room, a bonus is that our room was equipped with a washing machine. Free parking on the street outside the hotel. A downside was the sheets and one towel were dirty, otherwise clean. "

"Having heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed. The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent. The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly. The knowledge about restaurants, concerts and other events close to non-existent, which is no unacceptable for this level of hotel. Asking for a really good place to have lunch, we got recommended a fast food food court. The in-house coffee shop serves good coffee and really bad sandwiches at a high price. One of the days they forgot our housekeeping (and no, we didn’t leave a “don’t disturb” sign) and had to ask for housekeeping four times. We never got it. So - spend your money somewhere else!"
