“Our friend group stayed in this beautiful space for our celebration weekend. It was amazing, but check in started slowly. Once I was in contact getting in was easy. The space is huge and the pool was awesome. Overall the space needs some love and deep cleaning. The company is also very responsive when you contact them and fast to remedy the situation. I would stay there again.”

“The property was exactly as pictured and was very clean when we arrived. The property is very spacious and works well for groups. My friends and I stayed here for a concert and it was the perfect location. It's located in Miami Beach so you're not getting all ofnthe traffic that comes with Miami itself. The view was gorgeous as well. The host was very communicative and gave me all the information i needed without having to ask. ”

“The check-in process was very easy. Upon arrival to the unit, there was an off-putting odor. The floor of the tub looked so unclean that we decided to wear our flip-flops when we showered. We were never able to sign in to our streaming services on the TV in the living room and it appeared the TVs did not work properly if both were turned on. “We were very satisfied with this property. It is well located, nicely furnished, and the host is very accomodating. It worked out very well for the 5 of us. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach, the walking path along the Intercoastal Waterway, the pools and the jacuzzi.”

“Ingen housekeeping under tiden vi bodde där men det var bra städat då vi kom. Det låg iofs popcorn ovanpå ett skåp i köksdelen men man måste vara rätt lång för att se det. Den som städar är förmodligen kort. :) Har bott här flera gånger. Rummen är av modernare snitt än de klassiska gamla amerikanska motellen. Hårt golv, designmöbler osv.”

"Mycket problem med korten som krävs till hiss och rum. Fick laddas om flera gånger per dag. Städningen av rum fungerade inte. Helt okey poolområde. Bra gym. Mycket fin strand. Medioker frukost. Fin strandpromenad."

"Läget var utmärkt, och servicen höll en mycket hög standard. Särskilt vill vi lyfta fram Kevan, som förtjänar extra beröm för sitt engagemang. Vi hade dock högre förväntningar på rummet, vilket gjorde oss något besvikna med tanke på dess tidigare höga omdömen. Det fanns få krokar och ingenstans att hänga upp kläder eller handdukar, och förvaringsutrymmet var mycket begränsat – vi fick inte ens plats med hälften av våra saker. Ytterligare en nackdel var att baren stängde redan klockan 22.00. Dessutom saknade frukosten variation och bestod i princip av samma utbud under våra sex dagar. "

Simple and good location

"Old and run down hotel with and a dirty pool. Feels like going back to the 80s. We checked out after one night. Calculate about 150 dollars for a breakfast for two adults and two children at the hotel.. Nice ala carte breakfast though. You were not allowed to drink anything at the pool, but if you lost your towel card, you have to pay $25. Be alert with the hotel butler at the entrance. He "helped" us with a taxi which cost us 100$ and our friends who took an uber paid 25$. When you check in you have to pay a deposit of 285$ of which you only get 200$ back. Miami hustler style with a good location. "

Nice but expensive.

"Nice but as many hotels in Miami Beach also very expensive. Most things worked well, but a few issues didn't: It took a very long time to get our luggage after we arrived. We had to call and remind them. Also, the reception didn't always answer the phone when calling from the room. But in general everything was ok and as expected."
