"Nice but as many hotels in Miami Beach also very expensive. Most things worked well, but a few issues didn't: It took a very long time to get our luggage after we arrived. We had to call and remind them. Also, the reception didn't always answer the phone when calling from the room. But in general everything was ok and as expected."

"The people cleaning were great, but the people in the reception and the kitchen were a disaster. Arriving 15 minutes before regular check-in time and being a Gold Member, we were just told that the room was not ready and not given any time for when we could check in. After waiting a couple of minutes we spoke to another person, who managed to find another room, so that check-in was at the regular time. We had other questions but found the people working in the reception in general totaly uninterested in making our stay a great one. The worst was when we were served raw chicken in our BLT sandwich to our daughter. My wife has had Salmonella from being served chicken that was not properly prepared and ended up in hospital, so we know the dangers of eating raw chocken. When we took this up with the reception, one of their answers was that the food served by their pool somehow was not their problem. In general worst possible service!"

"Vi gillade verkligen Moxy Hotel! Poolområdet var jättehärligt och ganska lätt att få plats. Hotellet var coolt, rummet fräscht och utsikten fantastisk, men rummet var jättelitet för en familj. Fanns ingen stans att packa upp sakerna och vi trängdes när vi skulle gå till och från badrummet. Skulle enl uppgift finnas kaffe och te nere i receptionen, men kaffet fanns i en pumptermos och var knappt ens ljummet. Fanns även en underbar takterrass med fantastisk bubblet både strand och stad men baren som fanns där uppe var inte öppen när vi var där. Läget var grymt! Man är nere på stranden på ett par minuter. Fanns även cyklar att låna gratis samt 2 solstolar per rum nere på stranden. Dock inga parasoller ingick."
