The place was dirty, felt unclean, and when we were given a new place (I will say the property manager responded promptly), the SECOND place was also dirty, had rain water pouring in from the ceiling and the ground, and was just a mess. “Great location and nicely decorated apartment, but the cleaning was subpar. The floors were extremely dirty; our socks turned black within 5 minutes of walking. One of the shower walls was covered in long hair from previous guests, and the windows were so dirty that they obscured the view and made the apartment appear even dirtier. Overall, it's a great place with convenient access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If the cleaning improves, it would be an excellent place to stay.”

“Communication was good and my request for ground floor was honored. However the property was UNwelcoming. The floors in every room were worn to the extent there were white marks everywhere. The curtains did not fit the windows and the curtains had to be kept closed at all times. Blinds would have been nicer. Moving to the king size bathroom.
