I had an issue w/ my first room, as the temp. in the room was a HOT 87degrees,& the air control in the room didnt work. The lady at the front desk did a great job & was able to assist me to new room right away, was perfect. Overall the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I am picky on that.The 4 pillows on my king were all very hard & large- as a belly sleeper...
