Beautiful town house located in the center of Fornells, it is a single-family house distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall that distributes access to two double bedrooms that share an elegant bathroom with shower, both rooms have access to an interior patio; there we find a toilet with a washing machine. On the first floor, we will find the third double bedroom with an independent bathroom with shower: there is also a spacious and bright living-dining room-kitchen that gives access to a balcony / terrace overlooking the square. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven etc.
On the upper floor there is a spectacular terrace with outdoor furniture with unbeatable views of the bay of Fornells. The property has air-conditioning in the launch.

This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. EscapeHome reserves the right to charge a security deposit of €150 per person prior to your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required, it must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night).
