“My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.”

“The owner was very friendly and great with communication. We arrived as he and his wife were wrapping everything up with the house getting it ready for my friends and I. He was so friendly and very welcoming and even gave my friends a small tour of the house and backyard. The house was beautiful, it was clean, organized and cozy. There was so much to do! I totally recommend this house and we will definitely try and go back in the future!”

“House was perfect for our family of 5, Mom and Dad with 3 toddlers. House was safe for the kids and they loved playing on the lawn and at the beach. We took day trips to the aquarium, LI game farm, and Smithpoint Beach. The breeze off of the bay was refreshing. Sunsets were amazing. House is well appointed. Landlords are very nice people.”

“What we liked: Nice location by the water. House is generally nice with full kitchen. False Advertising: At the time we booked, AC was listed multiple times as an amenity (I have screenshots of the original posting). There were no indications that parts of the house were not air conditioned. However, the home did NOT have central cooling, but instead had central heating. There were a couple of cooling units, one in the master bedroom & one in the living room. These only cooled the living area...
