“I have stayed at the Cove houseboats prior and had such a great experience I brought my family to have the experience as well. We took advantage of our kids having a cheer competition at the Wilmington convention center and it could not have been a better location or a more accomodating place to stay. The owners were easy to reach with any questions and everyone on-site was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this experience for whatever brings you to stay in Wilmington!”

“Attractively furnished, comfortable unit that is a docked houseboat. Convenient to downtown Wilmington. Easily accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms and baths. Excellent kitchen amenities, including complimentary delicious coffee. Senior citizens (as we are) might be challenged by the stairs.”

“The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. “The experience was amazing and the location could not have been any better. It was very quiet while we were there since it was off-season. Which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had one night with intense winds and rain, which was awesome! Laying in bed at night, listening to the rain And having a slight rocking Was just what we needed. I highly recommend this place for a visit! ”
