“We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“The hostes Fabrizio and Manila made us feel so welcome! They helped us with everything such as the best places to eat, where to bath and where to try winetasting. They even helped our son when he got ill. They where beyond friendly, the best hostes ever! And the house and surroundings where extraordinary. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. “Das Bauernhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage in den Hügeln südlich von Fossombrone. Die Bilder zeigen genau wie es ist. Es ist keine nagelneue Villa wie sie andernorts wie Pilze aus dem Boden schiessen. Das Ferienhaus hat seinen Charm und es hat alles was man benötigt. Vor allem die riesige Terrasse und der große Pool sind super. Die letzten Kilometer von Fossombrone sind landestypisch kleine Straßen, aber man kann problemlos ohne SUV dort hin fahren. “Das Haus steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Der 180°-Blick auf Pesaro und das Meer ist toll. Was man in der Beschreibung des Anbieters aber sagen sollte, ist dass man die Autobahn je nach Windrichtung deutlich hört. Die Ausstattung ist verbesserungswürdig: Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr einfach, es fehlen einige Küchenutensilien, im Wohnzimmer stehen zwar Boxen und es sind CD´s vorhanden, es fehlt aber eine Stereoanlage, im TV konnten wir keine deutschen Programme finden. “The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly.
