“Beautiful property in a fun community! We loved the town, the hiking, and the upscale campground feel. The host was very nice, the home was immaculate and beautiful! No complaints about the property at all, however We will probably choose a place next time that has at least two kayaks, or one with double, as we were not able to use just the one single since it was a couples trip and we don’t own our own. “We loved the location to Tim's Ford Lake. It was a perfect pet friendly home. If you don't have pets it may not be the place for you....walking in the door you can smell pets have stayed here but for us it worked and we plan to stay at this location (if available) on our next trip to the lake.”

“A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families. ”

“Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock.
