“The Honey Bear Cottage is adorable. The cottage is well stocked and immaculate. The adjustable bed is extremely comfortable. We did not get to use the fire pits or the upstairs bedroom but we did get to enjoy Big Pond, using the kayak and pedal boat. The hostess, Linda Jane is very attentive to your needs. Watching the stars from the deck is amazing. I would love to stay again. Very relaxing!”

“Very comfortable beds! This property is what you would expect from a cottage in Vermont, but there's so much more! We were surprised by the very well equipped kitchen and the vicinity to Woodford State Park also worked out really well for us. Would definitely recommend!”

“Everything was super clean and comfy, and some of the furniture was evocative of a different time, like Grandma's house. I do think the house could use some minor updates, tho, (i.e. new faucets in sinks and shower). The location is top-notch for enjoying the Village!”

“Property was just the right size for us. We didn't need anything fancy. It was clean, safe, easy to find. Owner extremely responsive re: two issues we had (how to lock house and figuring out wifi). Appreciated the kitchen staples, amount of towels. Only one suggestion: Bathmats for shower - non-slip in tub and absorbent one out of tub. ”

“We (adult couple) stayed at Andelyn Farm’s Hummingbird Cottage for a full week in July 2024. It is a comfortable and adorably-furnished antique cottage but we essentially lived on the spacious back porch which is furnished comfortably for reading, snoozing, playing board games and enjoying meals and overlooks the grounds (and is great for watching the hummingbirds visit their feeder). “Kay and Glenn were super nice. Very accommodating to breakfast needs, and gave good recommendations of places to go. Kay made some amazing Blueberry pancakes in honor of my mom that passed. And now she makes amazing red velvet pancakes with icing. Coffee was different every day, and very knowledgeable of area. Will be coming back again. I am from Maine originally, so this felt like home. Very welcoming.”

“The host put a lot of thought into the space, with a cute gift of local maple syrup, a binder full of nearby things to do and restaurants, and overall the space was clean and well maintained. Nice historic location, we had fun walking around the town. This was a fun stay as we drove up for the solar eclipse and drove to our viewing area the next morning. Minus 1 star, because though the home did appear clean, there did seem to be a kitchen mouse. Made the property owner aware of this issue.”

“This cottage on Lake Saint Catherine is perfect for a quiet getaway in a quaint Vermont town, especially if you love to fish or boat. The house has been updated with new kitchen features and a new shower. It has been stocked with a thoughtful supply of kitchen items and linens and was squeaky clean throughout. Sandy, the property manager, responded quickly to an issue we reported and seemed very committed to helping guests. The only drawback was the presence of thick milfoil in the water. We...
