"Our room was very spacious with a pre room with sofa and TV. Nice bathroom with full sized bath tub and a spacious bedroom with a nice view of bay and town. Service was good, my charger broke and they provided me with one, I asked if i could checkout 1h later, no problem."

"APA Hotels are always a good value option if you can live with the room sizes. This hotel is just newly opened (dec 24) and is in great condition. I just wish they would drop the “no tattoo policy” in the spa at least a few hours every other day. "

"Jättefint hotel men frukosten var värdelös för ett sånt exklusivt hotel, för lite utbud. Vi hade inte inte frukosten inkluderat med i bokningen !!! vilket var tur. Första morgonen betalade Vi 4500 y per person vilket var oerhört dyrt för en så dålig frukost. Allt annat var på topp. De andra dagarna åt vi frukost ute"

"Ett utdaterad lyxhotell. Väldigt gammalmodig inredning. Rummet kändes gammalt och unket. Badrummet trångt och som från 70-talet. Sköna kuddar och täcke. Frukosten hade en hel del att välja bland men allt var ljummet och det var extremt mycket kakor och annat sött. "

"The location is superb, reasonably priced parking is available on site, and the view from the rooftop onsen is astonishing (especially at nighttime). The hotel breakfast is most decent, albeit very crowded at almost all times. Rooms are more spacious than average. On the downside, to start with, the room was visibly dirty when I arrived after having checked in, with dirt (and even some garbage) on the floor, and grease on the curtains - simply not ok. You also had to pay extra fees not mentioned when making the booking, and definitely not normal when staying in hotels elsewhere in Japan (including big cities). Although not the hotels fault per se, some foreign guests were very rowdy in the onsen area, without staff doing anything about it, which made the experience a lot less pleasant than it could have been."
