“Some of our party had stayed in this location twice before so we knew the place was big enough, in a great location and had some great amenities (sauna, hot tub, etc). While that was true, the place hasn’t been kept up well over the years. The kitchen needs work. The drawers don’t open well at all. There was not a spice or basic cooking essential in the place. “Great communication with owner with tips. Terrific location. As is the case anywhere in Whistler parking is 20 a day which you have to pay for in advance. You get a key code to punch in to enter the building after hours and your suite. It’s a studio and all as advertised and depicted in photos. Think of it as a super loaded hotel room with a bed and fully equipped modern/upgraded stainless steel kitchen facilities. Comfy bed! Gas fireplace works great but maybe too great for a studio. “We've stayed at the Cascade Lodge a number of times over the years so are familiar with the property, location and amenities. All are great - it's very close to town for restaurants, bars, groceries etc. The pool is huge, the 2 hot tubs are clean and... hot ;) The unit itself looks to be very recently renovated. Very clean, bright and modern. Bed was comfy, but our kids said the sofabed was not the best. Our only complaint was that the unit faces onto Highway 99, with large trees blocking the...

“so disappointing - we left early - room was so hot, no AC, electric fan did not work well. Hood fan only made noise, did not work Bathtub/shower drain didnt drain...left me in a huge amount of water during a shower. front staff were friendly, not helpful when I asked about another fan. DVD player in room but nowhere can you rent a DVD, no movie streaming channels. basically a boring hot room!! this unit needs a major reno & upgrade. would NOT recommend in spring summer months. ”

“ At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. “This property was perfect. Very clean, cozy, and excellent location. Loved the high ceiling, loft, kitchen, and dining area. The host was amazing. She responded to our inquiries quickly and found and delivered an iPad that we had forgotten at the end of our last ski day. I can’t wait to stay there again!!”

Fantastiskt läge och trevligt rum!

"Vi var i Whistler för att åka skidor. Läget på hotellet är perfekt och centralt. Vi uppskattade Nespresso, minibar, morgonrockar och tofflor på rummet. Vi uppskattade den fina utsikten. Det var fantastiskt smidigt med tvättmaskin och torktumlare på våningsplanet och likaså torkrum för pjäxor och vantar. Skidförvaringen fungerade bra även om vi önskat att vi kunde lämnat in dem på samma plats som vi hämtade ut dem och att vi hade kunnat lämna in även stavarna. Vi har saknat en frukostrestaurang och bar på hotellet. "

Hade gärna stannat längre!

"Vi hade bara en dag i Kanada och valde att se Whistler. Hade gärna stannat längre. Hotellet var rent och snyggt, trevlig personal med bra service, sköna sängar samt uppvärmd utomhuspool. Centralt läge med matbutik 1min bort. Parkering tillgänglig mot kostnad. Bor gärna här igen."
