“Some of our party had stayed in this location twice before so we knew the place was big enough, in a great location and had some great amenities (sauna, hot tub, etc). While that was true, the place hasn’t been kept up well over the years. The kitchen needs work. The drawers don’t open well at all. There was not a spice or basic cooking essential in the place. “Well equipped appartment a bit up on the mountaiside. Code lock on the door was very convenient. Very hot, AC did not really work. ”

“Great communication with owner with tips. Terrific location. As is the case anywhere in Whistler parking is 20 a day which you have to pay for in advance. You get a key code to punch in to enter the building after hours and your suite. It’s a studio and all as advertised and depicted in photos. Think of it as a super loaded hotel room with a bed and fully equipped modern/upgraded stainless steel kitchen facilities. Comfy bed! Gas fireplace works great but maybe too great for a studio. “The Powderhorn is a great location for ski in, ski out, just a short walk across the road or free shuttle. Kitchen was big and very well stocked with dish-ware and appliances! Would stay again! ”

“The apartment is amazing and is rather spacious compared to other apartments we have booked in Canada for snow trips. Being very close to the Balckcomb gondola is awesome. Also having a room at the entrance to remove boots and outerwear before properly entering the apartment is excellent. The whistler wired crew were very helpful with communications and were always available if needed. Very happy with our stay and will certainly book again if we make it back to Whistler/Blackcomb. ”

“This is a great ski in ski out location. The unit is on the smaller side, though is comfortable and worked well for our family of four, including the two double beds in the second bedroom. The unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The bathrooms could use some additional cleaning. Great communication with the hosts. ”

“so disappointing - we left early - room was so hot, no AC, electric fan did not work well. Hood fan only made noise, did not work Bathtub/shower drain didnt drain...left me in a huge amount of water during a shower. front staff were friendly, not helpful when I asked about another fan. DVD player in room but nowhere can you rent a DVD, no movie streaming channels. basically a boring hot room!! this unit needs a major reno & upgrade. would NOT recommend in spring summer months. ”

“ At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. Fantastiskt läge och trevligt rum!

"Vi var i Whistler för att åka skidor. Läget på hotellet är perfekt och centralt. Vi uppskattade Nespresso, minibar, morgonrockar och tofflor på rummet. Vi uppskattade den fina utsikten. Det var fantastiskt smidigt med tvättmaskin och torktumlare på våningsplanet och likaså torkrum för pjäxor och vantar. Skidförvaringen fungerade bra även om vi önskat att vi kunde lämnat in dem på samma plats som vi hämtade ut dem och att vi hade kunnat lämna in även stavarna. Vi har saknat en frukostrestaurang och bar på hotellet. "

Hade gärna stannat längre!

"Vi hade bara en dag i Kanada och valde att se Whistler. Hade gärna stannat längre. Hotellet var rent och snyggt, trevlig personal med bra service, sköna sängar samt uppvärmd utomhuspool. Centralt läge med matbutik 1min bort. Parkering tillgänglig mot kostnad. Bor gärna här igen."
