“Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, but the room was really cold (we stayed there in July) and you could hear a lot from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The toilets and shower room was also quite cold and could use freshening up. ”

“Loved the common room for chilling in the afternoon (shame the restaurant is no longer operating). Rukshan was friendly and helpful. Room 2 needs the curtain fixed so the ExIT sign is not visible through the night. Would definitely recommend and stay again. So close to Leura Mall.”

“Everything with this hotel we liked: the service, the room, the breakfast, the style. However, when we got off the train in Medlow Bath the conductor asked us if we had gotten off at the wrong stop. Which is a good indicator that you are in the middle of nowhere. And then we had to walk through a park and a residential area to get to the hotel which looked like any other house. The place was great, though, and it only took us 10-15 minutes to walk to the train that was one stop away from all the...
