“A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...

“Being a long time visitor to Isla Nena I’m so glad we picked this south shore home! Short walk to the Malecon for amazing sunsets, snorkeling and dining. Also close to Sombe and many other south side amazing beaches. The house had everything we needed with air conditioned comfortable rooms. Chip checked in regularly and the house host Miguel was welcoming and helpful like all beautiful Viequense locals.David Mac”

“We stayed 4 nights here and found it met all our needs. The bed was excellent, kitchen had lots of pots / pans, the bathroom and shower were a good size. This place is so clean too and is decorated so wonderfully with a sweet beachy theme. The veranda with its lovely view of the bay is nice to sit and enjoy. You do share the veranda with the other unit. Location of property is really good. Three things I wasn’t aware of were that the AC is only in the bedroom, which wasn’t a problem for us. The...

“Four of us stayed on Culebra for five nights and after exploring the entire island, this is the best location to stay. The location is quiet and very convenient to restaurants and beaches. Very clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved it.PS The view on the deck can’t be beat!”

“Owners stopped by and left us two more beach chairs an hour after we arrived, a nice touch there were 4 of us. House was worn but working, could use a lot of gardening but we were only there nights. Coffee was provided, air conditioning worked great, shower and beach towels provided, and a bar/restaurant 1 block up the same side street. Abandoned house next door had two horses grazing (there are many abandoned houses in PR).”

I called from the property, called the Host to request the lock box code, only to be told that I did not have a reservation. I told her it was through VRBO and she said she doesn't use it anymore and told me to go the other company's website to find my reservation and then tell her how to find the reservation on the other site so she would then give me the code to the lock box. “Nestled in the hillside, very tranquil and peaceful and secluded. We even saw a deer one morning while having coffee lots of wildlife like chicken and kitties. I really like that there was two bathrooms. Great plates to crash after spending the day on the island.”

“The isleta is private and quiet. The condo itself is modern, clean and well equipped. Our manager answered every question we had before we could ask it. Beautiful balcony on the west side of tower 1. The pictures are all accurate. The ferry on and off the isleta was reliable. However its schedule can be unpredictable. So take that into account. ”
