“My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. The apartment was very clean and ample to fit our family of 5 and stocked to support us during the stay. There is construction on the street nearby which made navigating the one-way streets a bit tricky at first but we figured out...

“Our stay at Farida’s loft was great! The location was great for us as we stayed attended the US Open tennis. You can see the care that Farida puts into her place as the outside entry is so beautiful and inviting. Inside, the loft is as described. The beds are comfortable, even the futon under the loft bed. There was ample hot water in the shower, and Farida also provided free coffee, tea, water and snacks. We also met Farida and she was wonderful to talk to and gave us the privacy we desired....

“Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.”

“The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The residents look at you with interest. We had a lovely, relaxing week in the apartment.”
