Excellent base for LA area exploration
Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.

Great location with a lovely host!
Rita was very prompt in communication! The location is great and not too far from the Pasadena Convention center for Lightbox Expo during our stay. The condo is very clean and presentable, and the check-in process was smooth! The only downside is that the guest parking is tight, but other than that, I recommend this property for anyone to stay in!

Outstanding in every way
We’ve stayed at this property 4 times. It’s a great condo and really safe, fun neighborhood convenient to many other parts of LA. The owner Rita is incredibly responsive. The condo is well equipped and comfortable with indoor parking and a quick elevator. We’re already booked for our next stay.

I was helping my son participate in the Orchestral intensive program at werner Brothers. It was close enough to get there without traffic being a big concern and the complex and neighborhood was very quiet.

Wow! Just...wow!!!
I wish I stayed at this place when I visited LA in the past! I will never ever stay in a hotel in the future. What I look for are just 3 things: Cleanliness, safe parking, responsive host. This place has it all! The unit is very clean and well equipped. The beds are sooooo comfortable! The garage parking is secure and always has spots available. Most importantly, Rita is extremely friendly, kind, and responsive. Her turnaround time is lightning fast. She's extremely helpful and patient with me regardless of how stupid my questions were. Thank you, Rita!

Delightful cozy condo in great neighborhood
Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Rita's condo in Alhambra for a week. The stay was perfect. The condo felt cozy and comfortable and full of character. It was like I was staying at a friend's home and not a cold hotel room. The surrounding area was full of places to shop and eat out too. I highly recommend staying there and look forward to another stay next time I'm in the area. Thank you Rita for the delightful condo.

A Wonderful Stay
Rita's place is a wonderful home away from home. It is quiet, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Parking is secure and the neighborhood is safe. There are many restaurants and stores within a 1-3 block walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Wedding Anniversary
My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary, and the experience we had staying at this location was wonderful. The property is clean and quiet and in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and things to do. It’s definitely a place that we would stay again. Comfortable stay in greater LA area
We enjoyed staying at this well-stocked condo as a central location for the different places we visited in the greater LA area. The Murphy bed worked well for our adult son, while the 2 bathrooms helped everyone get ready in the mornings. Rita’s communications with us were clear and we felt welcome. I would be happy to stay there again.

VRBO At Its Best
At its best, a VRBO stay (versus a standard hotel room) offers more/better space, with more/better amenities, in a good location, and at good price. Our stay at the Alhambra condo exceeded our expectations. We were visiting the LA area for a family gathering in the Alhambra area, but we found the location to be a good one for general LA sightseeing (a Dodgers game, the Getty Center, Beverly Hills, Griffith Observatory, the Motion Picture Museum). We also enjoyed exploring Alhambra itself, and the condo is in a quiet location but only a block away from the main street. With a Costco (and other big box retailers) mere minutes away, the condo became our home away from home. As for the condo itself, it was clean, with lots of good, practical space. We particularly appreciated having a fully stocked (and I mean fully) kitchen, as well as easy off-street parking. We so much more enjoyed our LA trip because of the accommodations. We would absolutely stay at the Alhambra condo anytime we're in LA.

Rita was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Her check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Her condo is very clean, quiet and spacious.
