Experience the quintessential Beachwood Canyon vibes in this hidden gem tucked in the Hollywood Hills. Enjoy hikes to the iconic Hollywood Sign and search out the famous "secret stairs" of the Hollywood Hills. 4 miles to Universal Studios. 2.5 miles to Hollywood Bowl. 5 min drive to 101 Freeway and head downtown 7 miles away or enjoy Santa Monica beach 16 miles away.

This property is managed by iTrip Los Angeles. Owner's has private belongings in the Property locked up.

This peaceful and natural setting has parking for 1 car in your own private garage. Enter a bright indoor/outdoor living space with a 50" Apple TV and comfortable seating to soak in the views from the couch. You will most likely be hanging out in the extra large and private outdoor patio with comfy day bed to chill or get some work done.

Wake up to massive scenic views in our Primary Bedroom Suite w King Size bed and 32" Apple TV/Chromecast and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower with 2 separate shower heads. Plus large outdoor patio steps away for a morning yoga workout or your first cup of coffee.

Washer/Dryer

1 car permitted for your own garage. Home is located up a private road up a hill with a shared cul-de sac driveway. This private road is shared with other neighbors only. No Outside Visitors allowed without prior approval and they park separately down the hill.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA # HSR21-000973. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age policy is 25 years old to book. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. (if you are under 25 years old, we require $1,000 refundable security deposit forms to be processed immediately upon booking.

* Self Check-in. Check-in is 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - 4 people only (including infants and toddlers)
** Extra Guest Fee of $75 per guest per night for any unapproved Guests.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of illegal parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.

PETS: Requires pre-approval. Small well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with a $150 per pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You agree to pay additional pet damages or pet stains.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole Beachwood Canyon community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE HILLSIDE OUTSIDE THE BACKYARD DECK

* You will provide valid photo IDs of all Adult Guests.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Any FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS require prior approval from Management. This is a separate hourly rate or day rate fee.

** The owner lives their part time and has some personal items stored in the property. Please respect Owner's property marked "Private Do Not Use"

Perfect Spot for an LA trip

Fantastic space
We stayed here while attending an expo over the 4th of July weekend. It was an absolutely perfect location to go there and back. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house had a terrific layout . We will definitely book here again

We loved our stay at this home. The small details like dimmers on the lights, the luxurious rain shower, remote controlled black out shades, comfy bed and outdoor areas really made it a great stay. The home was very clean and had everything you needed. The bed was comfy. Check-in was easy.

Perfect Spot in Beachwood Canyon
The home was exactly as in the pictures. It had everything we needed to make for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed bringing in dinner a couple of nights and sitting around the dining room table instead of having to go. Perfect ability to hike, walk to the cafe and access all locations around LA. Would love to return to the bungalow!

This is one of our absolute favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed in! The home is beautiful newer construction-looks just like the photos. The beds are comfortable. Be aware the location is a quiet residential area-that was PERFECT for us! It was a little retreat in the hills after long days in the city. If you want to be in the center of the nightlife, this isn’t it. Great proximity to Universal, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and The Grove. About 30 min from downtown and 40-60min from the airport depending on traffic.

Excellent LA retreat
Stayed for 3 days visiting family and seeing some sites in LA. House is beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and picturesquely situated in Beachwood Canyon. Fully stocked modern kitchen for those who want to cook while visiting. Short walk to cafe and market (though we did our main shopping at Gelson's on Franklin, 5 minutes' drive away). Between ramp and stairs to house entry and steep walk uphill from cafe/market, might not be a good choice for guests with mobility challenges. For all others, it's a real gem.

Perfect Stay in the Hills
Loved the Glen Oak Bungalow! Perfect spot for 4 people and the outdoor space was idyllic. The kitchen was a huge draw for us, and was fully stocked with any supplies you’ll need to cook great meals. The location is hard to beat, too - wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Everything we needed

Relaxing, beautiful neighborhood, clean and equipped
We loved this bungalow. Such a nice neighborhood and you could see the Hollywood sign on the street leading up to it. The house had a peaceful deck on the side that felt private and very relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were very comfy and clean. The house was fully equipped with pretty much everything you need in the kitchen and even had laundry. We were very happy Family of 3

Very special bungalow hidden away in the Hollywood Hills.
The location is perfect - up in the hills, and a nice walk to the village with a market and cafe - the walk back is a steep hill! There’s a lovely large covered porch completely surrounded by trees that’s a highlight. The kitchen is fully outfitted. The cottage is small, but works fine for two and maybe a child. It is comfortable even if not fancy. Location location location.

Great Property
I really enjoyed my recent stay. My only qualms were with the beds and bedding. It’s a personal preference, but the beds were too soft for me, the pillows too spongy, and I’ve never been a fan of duvets. Loved it otherwise.

Great location. Loved the deck.
The location was perfect with a nice local restaurant and small market located at the bottom of the street. The property is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening and early morning. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to LA.

Convenient
The host was very welcoming, leaving bottles of water and wine, snacks and a welcome message. They also left the lights on because we were arriving late. The shower has great water pressure and a the beds are comfy. There is a nice patio. You must walk through one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom and there is a steep brick walkway to the entrance. The bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to many of the tourist sites. We would certainly return to this bungalow!

Nice Place - Afraid to Use The Space
This was a very nice place with TVs in every room and streaming devices, a nice kitchen, a nice living space and the owners were great communicators. Check in was easy and the outdoor space was nice. A few issues I had with the home: 1) The shower head broke early. They came and fixed it, but the fix sorta broke again and was hard to work with. Again - it was over 4th of July, so not really a concern. 2) The photos of the location make it look as though there is a view, there's not. Hard to tell, because we're in the hills, but it's a narrow road and we have a view of the road coming up to the house. Beautiful spot, but not exactly what the photos led me to believe. 3) We got a text from the owners saying we were making too much noise on Saturday - but it was 10:30 at night and we were watching a movie (Clueless) in the living room. There are noise ordinances that we wanted to respect, but the neighbors called the owners on us who had to inquire - and it soured us on using the outdoor space. We didn't feel like we could sit outside at the end of the night and have a chat, and it made the small outdoor space unnecessary and soured us. Again - not a knock on the owner, who were doing their due diligence, but it is a knock on the house. Overall the place was nice and the owners were great, but if you don't plan on using the outdoor space at night, or go to bed early - this is the spot for you. I'm not a night owl, but after a day exploring LA I wanted to sit and enjoy the place we were staying at. Unfortunately, the neighbors kept that from happening.
