“We are so happy that we could stay in this amazing place! Close to grocery stores and the charming little shops with hospitable villagers. We were 15 people; 8 adults 7 children aged 0-13 who had a great time. Wonderful house with 5 apartments with their own kitchens and bathrooms, great space and large pool. The host Flaviano lives in the house next door and is very helpful with everything. DON'T MISS that Flaviano offers three-course dinners for 30€/person (children half price) pizza nights...

“Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto ”

“Very nice house with beautiful swimming pool in a small tuscan village. Quite charming and nicely built. Kitchen and living room area as well as shower at the pool requiring some renovation. “Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Die Zeit dort war sehr schön und erholsam. Der kurze Weg zum Eisladen war für das Portemonnaie gefährlich. Wir haben fast jeden Tag dort gegessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Immer erreichbar und immer eine Lösung parat. Auch die Eigentümerin durften wir kennenlernen. Auch sehr angenehm. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr geräumig. (Wir waren zu sechst + Hund.)”

“This beautiful villa with it's amazing garden and surroundings was perfect for us, a family of four. Everything exceeded our high expectations and the host, Luigi, was so kind and helpful. For us, travelling by car, the free parking was very valuable. Everything you could possible ask for was available in the house and waking up to the stunning view and having breakfast outside was just perfect! “This is an excellent holiday property. You climb up to it via hairpin bends so take your time and just let the locals pass you in thier Fiat Pandas. The house is a few hunded metres out of village and such a tranquil spot. I almost dont want to give a god review to stop this place becoming to booked up for my next visit but that would be selfish. “Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus - sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Draußen überall nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Man findet immer das richtige Plätzchen für Schatten oder Sonne. Der Blick in die Berge ist atemberaubend! Der Pool ist klein, aber für uns war er völlig ausreichend. Innen gab es nur 4 Stühle, so dass wir am Regentag noch 2 Sessel aus dem Wohnzimmer holen mussten. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. “The building is lovely with a fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The location is perfect. Very easy access from the train station a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the clothes washing machine was filthy and the tea pot was unusable. ”

“Unser Urlaub zu fünft (3 Kinder von 4-10) war echt super. Pool und Haus (hier kann man wirklich nicht mehr von Scheune sprechen) hervorragend, Fabio war ein Schatz und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite soweit mit frischem Obst. Einziges Manko für uns war, dass es doch in der Nähe nichts zum Einkaufen und essen gehen gab, Jedoch würden wir schon mal wieder kommen. ”

“Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus liegt sehr abseits und man ist ganz für sich. Entspannung pur. Der Service für den Pool war sehr sehr gut u hatte eine super Qualität. Die Zufahrt ist eine kleine Herausforderung und nicht für jedes Auto geeignet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das es Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gegeben hätte, da da doch allerlei Getier unterwegs ist.
