“From beginning to end, our stay at the Captains Quarters was a positive experience. With an arrival later than anticipated, the door was unlocked, lights were on, and we were greeted warmly by the owner. This sweet property is in a beautiful neighborhood, it has everything you need, and is close to downtown Franklin, Leipers Fork and many historical landmarks. We highly recommend this property.”

“This house was ideal for our stay in Franklin. We attended a friend's wedding and the venue was literally around the corner. Main street is less than a 2 minute walk and the number of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops provides something for everyone. The property owner Sue was wonderful. Beautiful, well appointed home ideal for a small group. Would definitely stay again!”

“This wasn’t far the cutest vacation rental that I have ever stayed at! I was so surprised when I walked through the door. The outside of the farmhouse is nice and as pictured but when you walk into the house it’s incredibly large. I was surprised at how expansive the rooms were and how high the ceilings were. I felt like I was on a very posh movie set. I highly recommend this home and we hope to be back next year.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Home was spacious and very , equipped with kitchen needs. Nice neighborhood. Bedrooms very nice and bathrooms well stocked with towels and necessities. Our Son moved to Spring Hill Tennessee this was a nice place for us to visit with the grandchildren and other family members. We would definitely stay again. Host were very accommodating.”

“The property was clean,however, it lacked the attention that would cause me to use the property again if I am in the area. The furniture was dated as where the pictures use on the walls. There was only one smart TV on the property in the family room and it was much too small for the wall on which was mounted. The threshold on the front door needed to Be replaced as well as others in the house itself one commode and a bathroom was loose and needed to be tightened down. The host also failed to...

“The house was big enough for our party of people. It had everything we needed for a few days. The cleaner did not seem to clean the floor as there was dirt and cobwebs in every corner including the stairs. We noticed the owner of some ants and he came right away with traps and to spray the outside. The jetted tub in the master was out of order which would have been nice to know prior. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thing the host was very nice and responsive as well as willing to help. ”
