“We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. The room was clean and nicely designed ”

“This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.”

“La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

“Stedet er er som udgangspunkt fint. Men prisen for maden på stedet er helt urimelig. Så spis ikke på stedet før, at i har sikret jer, hvad i skal betale. Vi kom til at betale en helt urimelig pris for en gang pasta. Stedet ligger afsideS,og vejene er ikke i den bedste stand. ”

“Location caratteristica e tranquilla nel centro storico di Matino.Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza quadrupla purtroppo senza finestra utilizzabile appieno ed un po' umida. Nel complesso buona esperienza. Molto bella la terrazza ristorante.”
