The VILLA MARGUERITE is a single-storey house with a view of the Arcachon Basin, located in the heart of the village of Piraillan. With a living area of 115 m² and a plot of 1,150 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people in optimal comfort. It has a beautiful wooded garden, 2 terraces and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the fine weather. You will easily access the different villages of the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula.

The VILLA MARGUERITE is located in the village of PIRAILLAN, on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula.

Outside, you will enjoy a first terrace with a view of the basin. Then a second one on the other side of the house, with a table for meals in the shade.

In July and August, we welcome you every day except Sunday.
Pets are welcome but access to the sofa and beds is prohibited and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and droppings before your departure.
It is forbidden to organise a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.
Non-smoking accommodation
Security deposit to be paid by credit card: you will receive an email in the week before your arrival. The deposit will not be debited. A flat-rate of around 1.8% of the deposit amount will be charged to you. This corresponds to the subscription of an insurance in case of dispute.
Possibility to pay the deposit by cheque on arrival (specify this before your arrival).
