Don't Stay Here
Owner was not responsive, we sat outside for 3+ hours and he didn't respond until 6 hours after with check in information. VRBO was horrific in the process as well and only offered us the price of the night back when we had to go find our own hotels and wear a massive additional cost.

Couldn't even get in??
After driving around for 30 minutes trying to find the property (because the actual address doesn't match the listing), We couldn't even get in. The host sent a message via VRBO telling us to text them for the code to enter the property, which we did upon arrival, And then they didn't reply until 10:00 am the -FOLLOWING MORNING- We sat in the driveway for I don't know how long. We had to pay for a last minute hotel in Vegas so we had a place to sleep for the weekend! It was too late for us to cancel the reservation and get an automatic refund. The host did eventually reply and apologize, and offered to refund, but it's been well over a week and no refund has come, with no further communication from the host. I'll be getting in touch with Vrbo to try and get my refund, and report this host/listing. I really love giving people the benefit of the doubt and wanted to leave a good review about how the host tried to remedy the situation, but this is just ridiculous. I honestly couldn't tell you how clean the property is, since we couldn't see inside it. But please take my advice and do a Google Street view of where this property is located, so you understand why there aren't any pictures of the outside.

The outside was full of trash. The screen door was wide open when we walked up the the door. There was a cockroach in the toilet. Only one half role of toilet paper in the house. I had to go buy a pack of toilet paper. There was no working light in one of the rooms. The room with no light had blinds in it that wouldn't go down so we had to find a sheet to cover the window with to get some privacy. We didn't spend too much time in the house but the time we did, we couldn't wait to get out of it.

Good Location, Price ok
I had sent the host several messages in the weeks and then days leading up to arrival and got ZERO response from him, and I had to reach out to the help section of the booking site to intervene. The host then messaged me (and apologised), but literally only hours before my flight to Vegas. On arrival, the apartment was filthy, I mean disgustingly filthy (and I was told it had been professionally cleaned). I won't go into details, but put it this way, it would have been cleaner to sleep on the floor in the yard outside. I messaged the host and the positive note is he now became very proactive and sent a cleaner right away who rectified the problems. The toilet flush broke on the 2nd or 3rd day and again he was proactive and sent someone fix within a few hours. The apartment unfortunately had cockroaches though (not many to be fair, but not noce to see them crawling in your kitchen sink near your cereal boxes when you come home late at night, and one in the main bedroom too!), but despite reporting it and the host saying he would send an extermination team, this issue was not dealt with. would I stay here again - Yes I would. I know what to expect now, and I'm sure the host will have learnt from this situation too and other people's stays will be better. The apartment is close to an excellent supermarket (Smiths) - 2 mins walk, and also a 24 hour gym, plus multiple fast food eateries and massage places, and a taxi/uber ride to the strip was only around $10 to $12 each day

The house was not clean. Pillows were not clean. There was no towels to shower. The faucet in the bathroom was not working properly and the toilet paper holder was loose. The tv didn't had any services.

Tried to get ahold of property host several times weeks before,days before and upon arrival with no luck, adress we had was wrong and didnt even exists, called Vrbo number and after being on hold for over an hour they were not able to contact host as well or give us any info on correct addres and access codes or set us up with another location and I am still waiting on a return, the host did eventually text me at 8:30pm when check in was 3:30 but by that time we already had to get a hotel to unload all our stuff before we could go and enjoy vegas.. i will never use this service again and to the host they should not be in the hospitality service or learn how to run a service and answer your phone and promptly return messages

Great for a large group
Besides the cockroaches and our white socks turning black from the dirty floor, the place suited our space and group needs. Not sure why I had to pay a cleaning fee when I ended up cleaning the floors and kitchen to be acceptable to my level of cleanliness. For the price I paid I was disappointed I had to take matters into my own hands and do a maid service on my vacation. Kitchen did not come with needed supplies but I was prepared with my own pots and oven mitts, dish towels. Host requested doing the towels in the laundry before leaving but does not provide laundry soap, does not provides dishwasher machine soap either. Host had me in a panic with lack of communication on arrival day. Wasn't able to check in until around 630 instead of 3pm. This was my first VRBO experience....I doubt I will ever use this app again.

So disappointed
Hi coming in to the home it smelled very bad there is no lights n front room kitchen has dirty dishes put away also no dish soap to clean them. bathroom omg was unexplainable, sink only hot water works can’t turn on cold water at all toilet only flush 7 min in between don’t have to go back to back. The tub literally was stop up dirty warty coming up I had To plunge and remove a massive amount of nasty hair last but definitely not least the place has ROACHES

Schönes Häuschen im Stadtzentrum
Ein Haus mit eigener Garage in der Nähe zum Strip (die nächtliche Sicht von der Straße aus ist beeindruckend), aber sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Obwohl das Haus nicht gereinigt war als wir Abends 8 Uhr ankamen, wurde es sehr zeitnah und gut gesäubert. Sehr gute Kommmunikation. Das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Je eine Lampe mehr pro Zimmer wäre gut, so ist es recht dunkel bzw muss das Schranklicht als Beleuchtung dienen. Der Küchenherd ist etwas ramponiert, aber es funktioniert. Der verwahrloste Garten gehört nicht mit zur Miete, daher ist er verschlossen und die Terrassentüren lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen. Uns hat das nicht gestört und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

It is very good location but the apartment is not very nice, it was not clean and the towels they offer look very ugly in appearance, the kitchen is very poorly equipped I did not like that they do not have to offer you a coffee, there was no soap for the treats the truth left a lot to be desired for others for the price we expected something better.

It was nice
It wasn't as kept up as I would have like however we made do and it was comfortable overall I was able to create a family Thanksgiving dinner and dinner's beyond it's nice having a washer and dryer indoors at your convenience so I would definitely rent this place again it's just minor things that needed to be repaired and the yard needed to be up kept other than that it's a very nice property to rent.

A/C broken in 114 degree weather
Worst vacation every, my elderly mother and granddaughter had to endure 98 degee inside rental while outside temp was 114. I was only refunded 50 off first two nights temp never got below 86, the rest of the nights i was charged full price, although the temp never got below 78 after repairs and broken fans provided....not cool! I will never rent a vacation rental using this app again.

Difference from add to stay
We had looked at listing a few days befor actually booking properties. It was listed as a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom pictures included. So we saved it then went in and booked. This was my 1st time ever using VRBO or any booking site so I didn't know what to expect. We came from N.M to Nevada driving it took around 10 hours with the family and all the pit stops. I had received 1st email about property rule but no door code. So as we're driving I realized we get there later so around 7pm N.M time we called and asked for the door code. Although we didn't get there till 11:30 pm upon arrival we realized it was only a 2 bedroom 1 bath but didn't know what to do since we had "checked in" when I called for the door code. So we made the best of it. But a few things that we noticed was bathroom sink only one side of faucet worked so no hot water. The oven door hanled in the stove was broke. And one of the dinner room chair was also. So in the future we will definitely do our part to check in when we get there incase there's any problems again we cab cancel immediately
