“This is a basement apartment in a gorgeous neighborhood. Took us about 25 minutes to get into the campus area, which we came to see. Great WiFi, we worked during tne day, house was quiet. Comfortable bed, sofa couch, and large bathroom. It was cool but there are portable heaters that were perfect. Close to a grocery store. Also, Gus’s Diner was minutes away and had very nice food. While the house is a little further from downtown (20 mins.) than we might have liked, it was worth it for the size, comfort and cleanliness of the house. “The house is brand new (2024), spacious, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated. We had a group of 9 (from 1 year to 60 years), and there was plenty of comfortable seating inside and out.
